The nose has banana, lemon, and hints of maple syrup. The mouthfeel is thin with little cling. The body has lemon, banana, new oak planks and a hint of cinnamon towards the finish. The finish is cinnamon and lemon.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose has more lemon and less banana, like boiled sweets coated with sugar dust. The body has lemon, peach, and loses the cinnamon. The finish is lemon and wood shavings.

A dram for summer mornings.
