The nose has new polished leather, mixed nuts, and some waxiness. The mouthfeel is good with some cling. The body has toffee, treacle and then turns towards oranges, glace cherries and cinnamon. The finish is short and has cinnamon, oranges and polished leather.

Water brings out thin, compact whorling that lingers but doesn't mottle. The nose gains oranges and walnuts, and loses the new leather. The body gains caramel and more of the cinnamon. The finish is a little longer, but not much change in flavour.

One for the sherry fanatics, this holds it all together - but I couldn't drink a whole bottle!
