The nose has rosewater and peaches. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has peaches, rhubarb, honey and cinnamon. The finish has rhubarb and rising cinnamon with a hint of rosewater.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding wholring that settles quickly into lingering mottling. The nose gains honeycomb and more rosewater. The body gains banana, more honey and loses the peaches. The finish gains more cinnamon.

A beautiful nose, but a little too spicy for me on the finish - a superb dram with a great balance of flavours.

One for summer mornings.
