The nose has gorse, fresh cut grass, pineapple, papaya, and hints of exotic wood. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has pineapple, grapefruit, and barley water. The finish is short, with barley water and grapefruit.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains lemon and kiwi fruit, and loses the grass and gorse. The body gains leather, lemon and more barley water, and loses the grapefruit. The finish gains a little leather.

An interesting dram that plays with its flavours well, despite an unexpected change with water.

One for spring afternoons.
