The nose has cinnamon, vanilla, caramel and a hint of cut flowers on old oak chests. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has vanilla, lavender, lemon, cinnamon, and hints of black pepper towards the finish. The finish is lemon, cinnamon and black pepper.

Water brings out thick whorling that expands rapidly into lingering mottling. The nose gains more of the floral notes and some lemon, and loses the cinnamon and vanilla. The body gains more floral notes and loses much of the cinnamon and black pepper, replaced by maple syrup. The finish is lemon and lavender with golden syrup.

A very nice spring day dram.
