The nose has wood fired smoke, lemon, and sea breezes. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has lemon, vanilla and wood fire smoke. The finish is smoke with a hint of lemon.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains a herbal note (thyme?), and loses some of the lemon. The body has more vanilla and less lemon. The finish is sweeter - vanilla and smoke.

A fine dram for a bright winter's day at the shoreline.
