The nose has crisp smoke from an autumn bonfire, caramel and a hint of lemonade. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has a lot of the smoke, some cinder toffee, lemonade and a touch of red apple. The finish is smoke and caramel.

Water brings out thick whorling that rapidly expands and settles into brief mottling. The nose gains banana and some strong tea notes. The body gains more of the smoke and loses some of the lemonade. The finish gains some tea notes.

A great dram for starting the end of the evening.
