The nose has waxed lemons, dried apple slices and a hint of dried banana. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has lemon, dried apple, dried pineapple and dried banana. The finish has dried pineapple and dried banana with some waxed lemons.

Water brings out thick, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains a slight dustiness and more lemon. The body gains saltiness, more dried pineapple, and some more waxed lemons. The finish gains more waxed lemons.

A spritely, enjoyable dram full of fruit and fun.

One for spring mornings.
