The nose is delicately balanced orange blossom, meadow flowers, and a hint of rosewater. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has lemon, custard creams, honey and a little hint of cinnamon. The finish has lemon and orange blossom, and a hint of vanilla.

Water brings out thin, rapidly spreading whorling that settles quickly into brief mottling. The nose gains a little lemon. The body gains some turkish delight. The finish gains rosewater. It seems that the water did very little, but to be honest not much change was either needed or asked for...

A superb dram for cool summer's days.
