SMWS 73.94 - Charge of the spice brigadeThe nose has oranges, nutmeg and ginger, and a hint of brioche. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has oranges, ginger, brioche, and hints of tobacco leaves. The finish is nutmeg and brioche.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that doesn't mottle. The nose gains more ginger and a hint of lime. The body gains ginger, lime, and a little sultana - then hints of tobacco towards the finish. The finish loses the brioche and gains ginger and tobacco leaves.

A bit of a spice monster, but the other flavours help temper it.
