The nose has lemon flavoured boiled travel sweets, still covered in sugar dusting. Then there's pineapple, marmalade, and a hint of liquorice. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has more lemon and some pineapple, but the liquorice is gone. The finish is short - lemon and watered down pineapple juice.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that lingers briefly before disippating. The nose now has more liquorice and a little hint of dusty books. The lemon and pineapple remains, but the marmalade has gone. The body gains marmalade and cinnamon notes, and the pineapple is now sharp and full. The finish gains a hint of liquorice.
