The nose has peanut oil, lime, pears and menthol. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has green apples, lime, menthol and a little cinnamon towards the finish. The finish is cinnamon and lime.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding mottling that lingers for a while as mottling. The nose gains dry woody notes - cinnamon, sawdust. The lime and pears have moved into the background. The body gains fresh wood and sawdust, and loses some of the green apple. The finish is unchanged.

For springtime, on a bright crisp day.
