SMWS 135.1 - Sensual sensory sensationThe nose has strawberries, leather and orange oil. The mouthfeel is decent, with a little cling. The body has apricots, lemons, strawberries and more of the leather. The finish is orange oil, apricots and a hint of honey. Over time a slightly meaty note builds on the palate - duck?

I add water only because tasting notes demand it, as I would be happy to drink it neat all day. It brings out tight, thin whorling that spreads then dissipates quickly. The nose gains more strawberry and some caramel. The body gains honey, roast nuts, and hints of cinnamon and lemon. The finish gains more honey.

This is a superb dram for warm days and warmer company.

Technical score: 5/5

Personal preference: I'd like more than one bottle (but can't, as it's one bottle per member!).
