The nose has mint, toffee, thyme and honeysuckle. The mouthfeel is thin, very smooth, and has no cling. The body has fruit salad sweets, coconut and then a hit of cinnamon spice. The finish is sweet, with lemon, toffee and honeysuckle.
Water brings out thick, short-lived whorling that expands rapidly then dissipates. The nose gains raspberry, strawberry and some honey. The body gains honeysuckle and lime, but loses the coconut. The finish is unchanged.
A great dram for elevenses in spring.
