The nose has polished oak, stewed apples, dessert pears, and toffee. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has lemon, cinnamon, stewed apples and toffee. The finish is toffee and lemon.

Water brings out thin whorling that expands rapidly and quickly settles into mottling. The nose gains dandelions, and the body has more apples. The finish is unchanged.

A simple, delightful whisky for summer's days.
