18 years old, distilled 13th May 1998, 58.1% abv, Refill Ex-Bourbon Hogshead, 288 bottles, dram price F

The nose has soft smoke from a wood fire, cinnamon, and hints of lemon. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has cinnamon, pineapple juice, lemon and hickory smoke. The finish is hickory smoke.

Water brings out thin whorling that rapidly expands and quickly settles into brief mottling. The nose gains salted caramels and loses the lemon. The body gains salted caramel and some TCP, but loses the pineapple. The finish gains TCP notes and more smoke.

A decent light dram for this distillery, which would go well with ice cream.
