The nose has cut grass, tins of boiled travel sweets (especially the lemon flavour!), and a hint of crystallised ginger. The mouthfeel is thin but smooth, with a little cling. The body has ginger, cinnamon, lemon, and custard creams. The finish is ginger and lemon.

Water brings out thin, rapidly expanding whorling that dissipates quickly. The nose now loses the boiled travel sweets, but gains custard creams. The body gains more lemon sweets and loses the ginger. The finish loses the ginger and gains cinnamon.

A summer's day dram.
