The nose has hints of raspberry jam, cinnamon and glâce cherries. The body has more cherries and some damson jam. The finish is damson jam and vanilla.

Water brings out thick, rapidly expanding whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains hints of tobacco. The body gains coconut and hints of tobacco. The finish gains the hint of tobacco.

A decent fireside dram.
