SMWS 35.178 - The dunnage bakehouseThe nose has rich dried fruits, hessian and a big hit of dried plants - the gin shines through! The mouthfeel is thin with a little cling. The body has peppermint, sultanas, ginger and toffee. The finish is gin and cinnamon.

Water brings out thick, compact whorling that settles for a while. The nose gains more botanicals, and loses the dried fruits. The body loses the ginger, and gains dried bark. The finish is unchanged.
An interesting experiment, which works surprisingly well.
