The nose has walnuts, caramel and brown sugar. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has lemon, walnuts and chilli powder. The finish is short - chilli powder and walnuts.

Water brings out thin, short lived whorling that doesn't settle but simply vanishes. The nose gains more caramel and loses the brown sugar. The body gains white pepper and loses the chilli powder - there's also more lemon and some caramel. The finish changes lemon and caramel.

A less spicy dram than I feared, but it needs water.
