The nose has crisp bonfire smoke, sea breezes and hints of lemon. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body is sweet - crisp smoke, lemon and hints of cherry. The finish is just the smoke.

Water brings out thin, compact, lingering whorling that lingers for a while. The nose gains more lemon, and the smoke is slightly diminished. The body gains more lemon sherbet and loses a little smoke. The finish gains lemon sherbet.

Sweet and smokey - you can't lose. One for winter afternoons.
