SMWS 52.21 - Tropical breezes fill the sailsThe nose has caramel, orange zest, maple syrup and butterscotch. The mouthfeel is thin with no cling. The body has raisins, sherry, cinder toffee and a little prickle of fresh oak. The finish is long - fresh oak, raisins and orange zest.

Water brings out thin, compact whorling that settles into brief mottling. The nose gains more oranges, wine gums, and a little Haribo goldbears - and some sea breezes. The body gains marizipan and more toffee, and a little dried fruit - apple and banana. The finish also gains the dried banana.

A decent dram - robust and full of flavour. Dessert please!
